Depression, anxiety & stress are the most common problems that I work with in therapy. In addition, I have I been working with, problems in relationships, poor self-esteem, eating disorders, chronic pain, grief process, family problems, social relationships, and sexual abuse.
If you do not find your problem here, feel free to send me a query on the subject. I work from a cognitive approach, so there are great chances that I will be able to help you.
Furthermore, do I have a great interest in personality and have therefore researched the topic. It turns out that certain personalities are more likely to develop anxiety, depression, and stress.
Moreover, not all treatments work on all people. I, therefore, want to start with you and how you are as a person in relation to finding the appropriate treatment since we are all different.
As I specialized in clinical psychology, my focus on the workplace grew as stress became more common in our modern society. I have worked extensively on clinical issues that may arise at work. It is important that you seek help and support when you feel that the workload becomes overwhelming. Longterm stress can lead to depression if untreated.
I hope you can benefit from my experience, interest & education.

Founder of Klaraverkefni.com in collaboration with Geir Agustsson. I coach students that have become stuck in the process of writing their bachelor/master thesis. Individuals that have suffered from depression, anxiety or stress before are at increased risk of experiencing mental blockages. Mental blockages can be overcome, with weekly coaching and planning.
