As a psychologist and coach, I frequently address common issues such as depression, anxiety, and stress. I also work part-time for the municipality, focusing on assisting individuals with autism, Down syndrome, and other genetic disorders to lead healthier lives. My expertise extends to relationship issues, self-esteem, eating disorders, chronic pain, grief, family and social relationship problems, and recovery from sexual abuse. I tailor therapy to each individual, recognizing that we are all unique. During my psychology studies, I specialized in workplace stress, a rising issue. I've helped many individuals manage burnout and work stress, as untreated long-term stress can lead to depression and anxiety. I hope to support you with my experience, passion, and education in psychology and coaching.
