Jeg er psykolog og coach med en kognitiv tilgang, hvor jeg primært fokuserer på tankernes rolle i den mentale trivsel. Negative tankemønstre kan ofte fastholde eller forstærke angst, stress og depression – tilstande, jeg hyppigst arbejder med i min praksis.

Jeg arbejder også ADHD og udrededer for ADHD. 

I am a psychologist and coach with a cognitive approach, where I primarily focus on the role of thoughts in mental well-being. Negative thought patterns can often maintain or intensify anxiety, stress, and depression — conditions I most frequently work with in my practice.

I also work with ADHD and the diagnosis of ADHD.

Min praksis er beliggende i centrum af København (Kødbyen), og jeg tilbyder desuden online terapi til klienter over hele verden.

My praksis is in Centrum of Copenhagen (Meatpacking), thus I offer therapy online all over the world.
