“Kristin has helped me a lot through online talk therapy. I was going through a difficult time & had a bit of anxiety so she really helped me with that. I got some tools that I can use by myself and I can really feel the relief. I am generally more happy and motivated.”
“Kristin is a fantastic Health Coach – her energy alone will make you want to get fit and healthy – even via online coaching”!
“After ending my long and emotionally draining relationship, I felt, I really need someone in my life who listens to me without judging and someone who only focuses on me. I have found that someone in the person of Kristin at her praxis in Copenhagen, where she showed me several ways to have a better relationship with myself and learn about the values I have. I do believe that without her, I would be still a little bit lost on the so-called track of life”.
It depends on your problem and how much you want to work on yourself. Anxiety is the most common disorder that I work with & already in the first session you will get some tools to work with your anxiety. I see most improvements after 3 sessions with 1 week in between sessions. Then it is up to you if you want to have more time in between sessions or take a pause.
I always give my clients some tools that they can use by themselves.
I have treated children, but I do not work with young children through online therapy. Through online therapy it is better that the child is already in school.
I find it best to cooperate with the parents. If it is a teenager for example and we are doing an online therapy, I want to talk with the parents as well. It is very important to me that we all work together in the child’s interest & welfare.
