Therapy is for you if you are dealing with unconstructive thoughts that can cause depression, stress or anxiety.
As a therapist, these are the most common problems I encounter:
One session is approx. 50 minutes and I recommend weekly sessions in the beginning (3-4 times).

We work with your goal/s weekly and put together a realistic plan for you to achieve your goals.
Each session is approx. 40 minutesTherapy/Coaching can be in English, Danish or Icelandic.
