Health coaching is for individuals that want to focus on improving their health by:

Most of those who have come to me have wanted to lose weight but have been unable to do so due to some mental blockages or because not knowing where or how to begin. Sugar addiction, lack of motivation, broken self-esteem and post-pregnancy weight have been common problem fields.

As a health coach my job is to set realistic goals in cooperation with the clients and a plan on how to achieve them. Being aware of the mental blockages and how to overcome them as well as assessing current behavior are important factors in reaching a goal.

My job is to get individuals off to a good start.

One session is approx. 40 minutes, a weekly session is recommended in the beginning. Individuals are often on a good way to reach their goal after 4 sessions and ready to continue on their own.

This is a perfect start for individuals who have been dealing with overweight, pregnancy weight, sugar addiction or other health issues that are due to emotional struggles of any kind.

Here I use health coaching to define realistic goals in cooperation with individuals to achieve a weight loss or establish a healthier lifestyle. I combine health coaching with therapy. In cases where an unhealthy lifestyle is related to mental health issues, getting to the root of the problems has a more long-term effect than just health coaching without therapy.

The aim is to get started on those goals, get to the root of the psychological problems and making individuals aware of why their behavior has led them to where they are. The long-term effect is to prevent relapse & build up a better mental and physical health.

This is only for individuals that can commit to showing up weekly to build themselves up and act towards their lifestyle. No excuses - no more procrastination.

Coach / Business Coach

Coaching is for everyone who wants to obtain a personal goal but has been unable to do so on their own.

Clients have come to me because they want to, for example:

- Break Social Isolation

- Finish their bachelor/master thesis

- Find out what they want to work with/or study

To begin with, a goal is set, followed by planning on how to obtain that goal accompanied by small home assignments. Mental blockages such as why individuals have not reached their goals will also be addressed as well as a plan on how to overcome such blockages.
