De fleste af mine klienter har ønsket at tabe sig, men har ikke været i stand til at lykkes med det på grund af stress, mentale blokeringer eller fordi de ikke ved, hvor eller hvordan den bedste måde er at begynde på.
Sukkerafhængighed, overvægt, manglende motivation, dårligt selvværd og graviditetsvægt har været de mest almindelige områder jeg har beskæftiget mig med.
Mange som kommer til mig har udviklet lidt depression pga. af det har givet op på sine mål. Du kan godt nå dit mål, nogen gang har man bare brug for lidt vejledning og støtte.
Mit job er at fastsætte realistiske mål i samarbejde med dig og lægge en plan for, hvordan du opnår dem. De vigtige faktorer for at nå et mål er, at være opmærksom på de mentale blokeringer og hvordan man kan overvinde dem samt vurdere den aktuelle
adfærd. Desuden giver jeg dig en god start, med ugentlige sessioner.Disse ugentlige sessioner omfatter opnåelige hjemmeopgaver for at fremme adfærdsændring.
En session er ca. 50 minutter, ugentlig session anbefales i begyndelsen. Nogle klienter er ofte i stand til at nå deres mål efter 4 sessioner og er derefter klar til at fortsætte på egen hånd.

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!
