Depression, anxiety and stress are the most common problems that I work with in therapy.
Furthermore do I work part time for the municipality. There I focus on helping individuals with autism, downs & other genetic disorders to live a healthier life. That includes one on one therapy sessions with the aim to reduce stress, depression or anxiety.
In addition, do I work with, problems in relationships, poor self-esteem, eating disorders, chronic pain, grief process, family problems, social relationships, and sexual abuse.

Furthermore, do I have a great interest in personality and have therefore researched the topic. It turns out that certain personalities are more likely to develop anxiety, depression, and stress.
Moreover, not all therapy applies to all. Therefore I start with you and how you are as a person to find the appropriate therapy since we are all different.
In my last year of the psychology study, I focused on the workplace, as stress is on the rise.
I have worked with individuals that have been experiencing signs of burnout or work stress. It is important that you seek help and support when you feel that the workload becomes overwhelming. Longterm stress can lead to depression & anxiety if untreated.
