Stress Management

As a psychologist I have worked a lot with clients experiencing work stress, I am reaching out to introduce an opportunity that can hopefully enhance the well-being and productivity of your employees. The primary objective of this lecture is to provide education on stress and its symptoms, emphasizing early detection to prevent individuals from taking sick leave.  


Additionally, I offer advice on how to reduce stress hormones for those already experiencing significant stress symptoms. Individuals often engage in subconscious behaviors that reinforce or maintain stress when overwhelmed. My role is to raise awareness about these actions and thoughts, promoting a more mindful approach for improved mental health.
